Just got back from my assessment with my personal trainer and booooy, I got some work to do. I couldn’t even hold a plank for longer than 15 seconds. FIFTEEN SECONDS. And yeah, I was already fatigued from the pushups he made me do right before them, but STILL. Also, my squats are over extended (gotta get my hips back, so my knees don’t overhang), and my lunges are good (thank you years of doing them around the pool for swim team).
My first actual session will be on June 13th, and I’m really, really stoked.
